1. Services Provided
- KB Transport Service provides non-emergency medical transportation, including wheelchair-accessible rides to medical appointments, therapy sessions, pharmacy visits, and related needs.
- We do not provide emergency ambulance services. If you require urgent medical assistance, please call 911 immediately.
2. Booking & Scheduling
- Appointments should be scheduled in advance to ensure availability.
- Same-day or last-minute bookings are subject to availability.
- Clients must provide accurate details (pickup time, location, destination, and special needs).
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
- Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is required at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or approved insurance/billing partners.
- Any unpaid balances may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Clients should be ready at the scheduled pickup time.
- Clients using wheelchairs or mobility aids must ensure equipment is safe and in working order.
- For safety, no smoking, eating, or drinking is allowed in vehicles.
- Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in refusal of service.
6. Safety & Liability
- Our drivers are trained in assisting clients safely in and out of vehicles.
- While we take every precaution, KB Transport Service is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
- We are not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles.
7. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle personal and medical information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to Terms
KB Transport Service reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the effective date.
